V-Day Countdwn

There are people that love everything to do with Valentines Day -- the gigantic flower arrangements delivered at work for all the office to admire, stuffed animals, mystery filled chocolates, candlelit dinners -- and then there are the people that absolutely HATE anything to do with what they deem the "Hallmark holiday". I'm somewhere in the middle. As a general rule I'm not a big fan of roses, would prefer a real animal than a stuffed one (unless it's taxidermy) and will never turn down a meal.

That said, I also think anything is worth celebrating as long as it's done with thought. So in honor of all the haters and lovers, here are some original gifts to give that special someone this V-day.

(New jewelry in the shop ... everything from delicate bib necklaces to vials and sweet little lockets)

(A table set with some thoughtful gift ideas)

(A bouquet of pajama shorts in pink polka dots and hearts)

(Vintage pink tea cups!)

(A delicate dish towel to pair with a set of tea cups)

(Vintage milk glass cake stand)

(Hey, you can't forget about the guys!)

(Vintage barware ... glasses, a shaker, cardinal tray, wine dish towels and some red leather journals)
